KickboxingKickboxing works your entire body head to toe by using combinations of upper body jabs & various punches along with kicks that lengthen & strengthen the biggest muscle groups in your body – your legs. & if that wasn’t enough, kickboxing is one of the best ab workouts you can get.
This sampler class breaks down the basics for you. All you need is your towel, a water bottle, comfortable clothes & supportive sneakers. See you there!
9:30am BodyPump Sampler Workout with Dana Lee
Get long & lean with BodyPumpBodyPump is the original barbell class & is the fastest way to fit. Do you feel like you have no upper body strength? Maybe you feel your back is weak. Well, this class is for you. Every muscle group gets their turn to be worked. There no reason to start this class out strong, in fact that’s why you’re here!
The music is fun and the instructor coaches you on proper form & technique. You will be guided every step of the way towards a stronger and leaner you. Wear comfortable clothes & sneakers. A water bottle is recommended. Get ready – you’ll want to come back for more!
10:30am ZUMBA Sampler Workout with Caitlyn & Veronica
ZUMBA!Ditch the workout, join the party! That’s the Zumba motto. Time flies when your having fun, so it’s nice to know during that time you are getting your heart stronger, burning lots of calories and having a blast with your friends while you’re at it.
This sampler class teaches you some bellydancing, latin moves, even some country-style dancing. No previous dancing experience required, only the intention to have fun! Wear comfortable clothes & sneakers that feel good on your feet. Water bottle is also recommended. Get ready to shake it!

TRX Cross TrainingTRX is a method of strength training that was developed by a navy seal using 2 straps with handles that allow you to use your own body weight to strengthen your muscles. TRX is referred to as “suspension training” because the straps are hung from the ceiling (in our studio) or a fixed point above you.
It’s super simple to learn & very effective in burning calories, building strength & getting you some washboard abs while you’re at it. Try our sampler class to learn the basics while hitting every muscle group for a complete & total body workout. Wear comfortable clothes & sneakers. Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated & if you sweat a lot, a towel is also recommended. Get ready to experience a new way to workout.
