One session runs on Saturdays from 8:30-10am. It’s a 90-minute bootcamp-style, anything goes workout. Be prepared to burn 1,000 calories or more on this one. There are cardio drills, strength challenges and some teamwork involved.
The other session runs on Tuesday evenings from 6-7pm, is 60 minutes and focuses on developing a sleek body through super-smart weight training “Dana Style” moves, burning 50-75% MORE calories than a traditional barbell class. Guaranteed.
